Newborn Massage & Couples Workshop: Preparing for Childbirth with Yoga and Massage
Saturday, July 26th -- 1:00-5:30 pm
1:00-2:15 Newborn Massage ($35)
2:30-5:30 Tols for Labor: Couples Yoga & Massage ($80)
$115 for both workshops

Deepen your relationship with yourselves and your unborn child...

Couples Workshop:
Led by Amy Pierce and Heather Till, this workshop provides an opportunity for expectant couples to enhance awareness and confidence in pregnancy, labor, and birth. Through yoga and massage techniques, couples will cultivate greater comfort, connection, communication, and enjoyment for childbearing.

Specifics include: gentle postures, breath work, vocal toning, guided meditation, massage and acupressure pointes to ease and assist labor. This wonderful experience helps the birthing partner feel more connected to the unborn baby and support the birthing mom with confidence and sensitivity. It's never too early or too late in one's pregnancy to learn these techniques. No previous yoga or massage experience necessary.

Newborn Massage:
Newborn Massage helps babies heal from birth traumas, increases weight, boots immunity and provides an incredible bonding experience. In this class, expectant parents will practice on dolls so that baby can be massaged right after birth. Both expectant and new parents are welcome. Classes include free Baby Massage booklet and oil.

Please see the workshops page and retreats page for more info.
