Meet your teachers:
Ashley Ludman, OTR, ERYT is co-owner and director
of Seaside Yoga. She has been leading yoga teacher
trainings and retreats since 2002. Ashley has over 500
hours of study in Anusara Yoga, and was one of 50
teachers chosen by John Friend to study advanced
therapeutics and adjustments in October, 2007. A
registered occupational therapist since 1996, Ashley
specializes in therapeutic yoga, as she supports
students of all levels and abilities through individual
teaching, . She shares with her students a deeper look
into her practice of yoga on and off the mat through her
new blog, www.yogash.wordpress.com. She hopes to use
this forum as a teaching tool to supplement in-class
experience and practice.
Rachael Crawford Goolsby loves sparking and
deepening interest in yoga with whomever she comes into
contact. Since 1990 she has experienced the gift of yoga
and has been teaching consistently since 1999. Rachael
is a Certified Anusara Yoga Teacher, and enjoys the
Anusara method because its founder, John Friend, has
effectively chewed and digested many underlying truths
of a yogin's path, offering a teaching style that
connects heart-languaging with bio-mechanics. She is a
licensed Massage Therapist, with focus in Thai Yoga
Massage since 1993. She is a proud Momma of new baby
Lily along with her husband Thom.
