Erin has been exploring movement
therapy for over 10 years, first
experiences the transformation
in her own body and now
facilitating others on their
path. Her passion to restore the
human body back to optimal
health has lead her to amazing
places and teachers to receive
the best training. She
received her Pilates and Yoga
teaching certificates from
Seaside Yoga, and then studied
the therapeutic principles of
Anusara Yoga and the amazing
healing benefits of restorative
yoga in Boulder, Colorado.
Seeing how her body could be
used as a transformational tool
to channel divine energy, she
began her studies of Thai Yoga
in Chiang Mai, Thailand.
Thai Yoga uses
hands-on techniques, applied
yoga postures, meditation and
deep relaxation to enhance the
energy flow of the body. Through
a unique combination of healing
modalities (Yoga, Pilates,
Restorative, Reiki, and Thai
Yoga) she offers her clients and
students a powerful and
transformative experience filled
with self love and empowerment.
