Anusara Yoga |
|
A system of hatha yoga that is
heart-oriented, spiritually
inspiring and yet grounded in a deep
knowledge of outer and inner body
alignment. Anusara Yoga integrates
three key areas of practice:
attitude, alignment and action. It
is an all-inclusive yoga in which
each student's various abilities and
limitations are deeply respected and
honored. |

| Gentle Yoga |
| This is a great practice if you are new to yoga, or prefer taking things at a more relaxed pace. A perfect class if you are recovering from injury. Props and modifications are offered to support your body and breath. |

| Introduction to Yoga |
| Ease into your yoga practice by learning the foundations of breath, body and philosophy. This class introduces and cultivates the essential mind-body connection that will have a positive effect on all areas of your life. |

| Pilates |
| Enhance your inner strength and alignment progressively. Through a consistent practice, watch your muscles elongate and define. You might even grow another inch in height! (It happens!) |

| Restorative Yoga |
| The healthy remedy for chronic stress. Experience relaxation on a deeper level as you lie down in our candlelit space, where you will be lead through a guided relaxation sequence using the support of pillows, blankets, and your own breath. All pillows and mats are provided&.pajamas are recommended. |

| Vinyasa Yoga |
| Go deeper into your practice connecting breath, body, and mind. Flow through a thoughtful sequence of asanas that build heat and strength and flexibility and concentration and

| Yoga All Levels |
| Join a community of yoga practitioners each individually working towards a common theme within the class. The emphasis of intention and alignment will empower and transform your body and mind. |

| Yoga Levels 1 and 2 |
| Lots of conditioning work and alignment will give you an overall sense of serenity on Saturdays and Sundays. You will be challenged only as much as you want to be, as modifications are offered throughout your practice. The next step up is yoga for all levels. |

and 3 |

Join us on Tuesday and Friday nights
for an extended practice that is
guaranteed to turn your perspective
of life upside down! Learn to see
your potential as you move and
groove and have a few laughs doing
so! Handstands, inversions and
advanced asanas are incorporated
into this class, as always, ending
with a well-deserved savasana. |
