  • Absolute Beginners Yoga Not sure what it's all about? Not sure you can do it? Join us for a gentle introduction to the world of yoga starting with the basics.
  • Acupressure for Self Care This 3 hour Seva Stress Release Workshop introduces an Acupressure self-care protocol that can address a wide range of needs including general relaxation and well-being to extreme shock and stress. Recipients of the Seva Stress Release describe a very calming and centering experience. Anyone can learn this simple but effective way to help themselves. This dynamic and interactive workshop allows the participant to fully experience the benefits of the Seva Stress Release through demonstration and hands-on practice. 3 Cont. Ed.   • Acupressue-The Seva Stress Release Workshop This six hour workshop teaches an Acupressure protocol (The Seva Stress Release) that can be used for self-care, or to give to others. This particular Acupressure formula addresses a wide range of needs, including general relaxation and well-being to extreme shock and stress. This workshop does not require previous bodywork experience. Anyone can learn this simple but effective way to help themselves and others. 6 Cont. Ed.   • Anusara Yoga A system of hatha yoga that is heart-oriented, spiritually inspiring, yet grounded in a deep knowledge of outer and inner body alignment. Anusara Yoga integrates three key areas of practice: attitude, alignment and action. It is an all-inclusive yoga in which each student's various abilities and limitations are deeply respected and honored.
  • Ashtanga Ashtanga is a traditional yoga practice created by Shri K.Pattabhi Jois (1915-2009) senior student of Sri Krishnamacharya(1888-1989). It is unique in the fact it requires the use of breath, bandha and drishti. In Ashtanga the main thing is not only the posture but you have to breath correctly (ujjayi breathing) and vinyasa krama (breath-synchronized movement). The breath is the heart of this discipline and links asana to asana in precise order. Intense heat is produced by synchronizing movement with breathing and practicing Mula and Uddiyana Bandhas (locks). Anyone can do this practice except lazy people as stated by Sri K.Pattabhi Jois (Yoga Mala).
  • Capoeira Angola Capoeira Angola is an Afro-Brazilian ancient martial art form, with its origins rooted in Angola. The movements of Capoeira Angola are fluid and dance-like, masking the powerful nature of the game. Capoeira Angola thrives from the rhythms of traditional African instruments accompanied by strong voices through call and response songs from the people who play capoeira in the form of a circle, called a roda. Positive energy, known as Axe, perpetuates this beautiful and enticing art form that serves as a means to promote self-discovery, diligence, tranquility, and an overall respect for the history, philosophy, and culture that is Capoeira Angola.
  • Chakra Tai Chi This series of 4 classes, Chakra Tai Chi, is a movement meditation that incorporated graceful Tai Chi movements of the body while focusing on each of the charka energy centers. It is a practice that will support grounding, centering, awareness and personal growth. Chakra Tai Chi is a lovely complement to your yoga practice.
  • Core Strength Yoga Integrate core strength into all poses to enhance overall strength, flexibility & balance. Infuse core muscles for freedom of the limbs involved in all sports & activities on or off the mat.
  • Deep Relaxation Yoga Practicing stillness is one of our most important healing tools. Yoga Nidra is “deep relaxation” or “yogic sleep.” Join us to take time to recover from stress or just to relax!
  • Gentle Yoga This is a great practice if you are new to yoga, or prefer taking things at a more relaxed pace. A perfect class if you are recovering from injury. Props and modifications are offered to support your body and breath.
  • Healing Yoga Yoga is healing by its very nature, as it gives us tools to weave together the multiple layers of the human being. This easeful "Healing Yoga" class involves long, slow release into simple postures, giving the body and mind room to heal on whatever level is needed. Students from all experience levels are welcome.
  • The Hot 26 The Hot 26 is a Bikram inspired therapeutic workout. You WILL sweat. The class is designed to get your heart rate up and work the cardiovascular system along with every other system in the body. Open up your mind, body, and spirit. Relieve stress, Detox, Increase your metabolism, sharpen your mind, and improve your overall well-being.
  • I Ching Reading The I Ching has been used for more than 5000 years as an aid to making decisions and character development. Join us for our weekly reading using this long-standing and popular source of wisdom and inspiration.
  • Introduction to Yoga Ease into your yoga practice by learning the foundations of breath, body and philosophy. This class introduces and cultivates the essential mind-body connection that will have a positive effect on all areas of your life.
  • Lunchtime Yoga Busy day?? Relax, stretch & breathe! Stretch through some simple postures which will tone your body and increase flexibility, leaving you refreshed, renewed and ready to finish your day!
  • Mommy & Baby Yoga - Ages 6 Weeks to Pre-crawling During a Baby Yoga class, babies enjoy yoga while on their backs, tummies or held in loving arms. Each class is filled with calming and nurturing ways to help support infant development, improve baby's sleep and digestion and enhance bonding. Baby yoga songs and games encourage a playful, positive atmosphere. Mom's also learn gentle yoga and relaxation techniques and have the opportunity to meet other new moms. No yoga experience is required. Dads are always welcome too!
  • Mommy & Me Yoga - for crawlers to 2 years Mommy & Me Yoga is a fun and active class for crawlers and walkers to playfully practice yoga postures while they are standing, sitting up, walking, and jumping. There is a balance of stretching and relaxing sequences, songs and rhymes. Learn how to help your baby be happier and more confident in their growing bodies and meet other new moms on the journey. Come join in the fun as we breathe, stretch, sing, play and relax together. No yoga experience is required. Dads are always welcome too!
  • Pilates Enhance your inner strength and alignment progressively. Through a consistent practice, watch your muscles elongate and define. You might even grow another inch in height! (It happens!)
  • Pregnancy Yoga Enjoy the benefits of yoga while waiting for the birth of your little one! This fun and active class is a wonderful opportunity to prepare for the birth of your baby, help you become happier and more confident in your growing body, and meet other new Moms. Come join in the fun as we breathe, stretch and relax together!

  • Restorative Yoga The healthy remedy for chronic stress. Experience relaxation on a deeper level as you lie down in our candlelit space, where you will be lead through a guided relaxation sequence using the support of pillows, blankets, and your own breath. All pillows and mats are provided&.pajamas are recommended.
  • Vinyasa Yoga Go deeper into your practice connecting breath, body, and mind. Flow through a thoughtful sequence of asanas that build heat and strength and flexibility and concentration and . . .. and . . .. (the possibilities are endless!)
  • Yin Yoga Yin Yoga uses relaxed, supported floor postures to stretch and stimulate the deep connective "Yin" tissues of the body. Guided breathing and meditation prepare the body and mind for more contemplative practices. Yin Yoga is an ideal complement to the dynamic, muscular "Yang" forms of yoga. Note: This is not restorative yoga.

  • Yoga Levels 2 and 3 Join us for an extended practice that is guaranteed to turn your perspective of life upside down! Learn to see your potential as you move and groove and have a few laughs doing so! Handstands, inversions and advanced asanas are incorporated into this class, as always, ending with a well-deserved savasana.
  • Yoga Therapeutics Find your optimal alignment through the practice of yoga and the breath. Let the intention of your practice also support you in moments off of the mat. Find your inner strength, outer grace, and heal yourself along the way. It's cheaper than therapy!
