Join us in the beautiful community of Monteverde at Rio Shanti. This teacher training emphasizes the practice and teaching of Yoga in community. In addition to deepening your own practice on the mat, become inspired to share the art and science of yoga with your family and friends, and learn creative ways of not just teaching your practice, but living your practice! Throughout the training, you will learn alignment based asana, intelligent sequencing, physical and energetic anatomy, pranayama, meditation techniques, hands on assisting and Thai Yoga sequences, and therapeutic application of practice.
***There is a 25% tuition discount offered to residents of Costa Rica for this program. Prices listed on website reflect the post-discount pricing.
