Clarity Breathwork Group Sessions: Wilmington, NC

The breathwork session is designed to lead the practitioner into a deeper access to the true nature that is ecstatic joy, truth and wisdom. By moving into a deep meditative state, the practitioner is able to release old patterns that disrupt energy flow and optimal nervous system balance.
