- Anusara Yoga A system of hatha yoga that is heart-oriented, spiritually
inspiring, yet grounded in a deep knowledge of outer and inner body alignment.
Anusara Yoga integrates three key areas of practice: attitude, alignment and action.
It is an all-inclusive yoga in which each student's various abilities and limitations
are deeply respected and honored.
- Ashtanga
Ashtanga is a traditional yoga practice created by Shri K.Pattabhi Jois (1915-2009) senior student of Sri Krishnamacharya(1888-1989). It is unique in the fact it requires the use of breath, bandha and drishti. In Ashtanga the main thing is not only the posture but you have to breath correctly (ujjayi breathing) and vinyasa krama (breath-synchronized movement). The breath is the heart of this discipline and links asana to asana in precise order. Intense heat is produced by synchronizing movement with breathing and practicing Mula and Uddiyana Bandhas (locks). Anyone can do this practice except lazy people as stated by Sri K.Pattabhi Jois (Yoga Mala).
- Capoeira Angola
Capoeira Angola is an Afro-Brazilian ancient martial art form, with its origins rooted in Angola. The movements of Capoeira Angola are fluid and dance-like, masking the powerful nature of the game. Capoeira Angola thrives from the rhythms of traditional African instruments accompanied by strong voices through call and response songs from the people who play capoeira in the form of a circle, called a roda. Positive energy, known as Axe, perpetuates this beautiful and enticing art form that serves as a means to promote self-discovery, diligence, tranquility, and an overall respect for the history, philosophy, and culture that is Capoeira Angola.

- Yin Yoga Yin Yoga uses relaxed, supported floor postures to stretch and stimulate the deep connective "Yin" tissues of the body. Guided breathing and meditation prepare the body and mind for more contemplative practices. Yin Yoga is an ideal complement to the dynamic, muscular "Yang" forms of yoga. Note: This is not restorative yoga.
